Zane worked for 12 years as a fashion model in Milan, Paris, London and New York. After spending a further 3 years at Fashionfile.com in London, he started his own agency and moved to Cape Town to head up the team at M1, where he has been for the past 5 years.
Zane's 'time out' time consists of surfing, yoga and spending time with his wife and kids.

He dated Kylie Minogue after Michael Hutchence and appeared in her "What Do I Have To Do" 1989 music video.
