The last one (from 1999) looks like Gabriel Aubry to me...
The 1997 Fall/Winter is shot by Wayne Maser. I think the model identified as Warren Major is not correct. I see instead a young Patrick Petitjean! Besides Mark Vanderloo and Petitjean, Alex Lundqvist is also in the catalog.

PS the one from 1985 of the 3, Paul Hoffman is the 2nd and I forgot #3 he reminded me of the "Thunderbirds" show. Ha ha...Great guys as well, worked 8 days straight with them in Algarve, Portugal. The kid I played " Mommy" with in our shot is Hugo Boss his son! It was one of my best campaigns ever, I used to work a lot with Bob Krieger & Aldo Fallai, I was truly blessed working with all these wonderful people!
