Request: Magazine ID

A person emailed me about these pictures, he wants to know the source of the magazine, year and month, it's GQ and the models are Bob Menna and Gia Carangi & Alva Chinn and Charles Williamson photographed by Arthur Elgort. if anyone can help thanks!

    I had heard through the grapevine that Bob Menna and Gia had a bit of a thing going for a while. I wonder if it was when these shots were taken, that is one hot kiss!!!

    The model with Charles Williamson is Alva Chinn, not Beverly Johnson.

    I knew Bob Menna from my friend Susan. He worked at the pet shop on First Avenue and 53rd Street. He was always gorgeous and so is his brother. Where is Robby now?

    and looking for more info I just discovered that model is Bob Menna:

    "Charles Williamson took Bob Mennas daughter to a religious commune and lives happly with her for the last 20 years much to Bobs dislikes!

    robbie...we lived in the same building...405 E. 54th..and dated....many moons ago...also dated your brother....glad you are still around...would love to hear from you...it's been at least 35 years...

    I just loved this guy!!! SInce I was a kid, my mom had his photos all over the place. she would never tell me if they had ever met. I had my own fantasies about him many a night. Do you have any more photos??? There is really no one to compare him to these days. I would love to send mom a valentines with him on it!
