This advertising campaign is so iconic, the first of the two by Ritts for Versace, I believe (second was Uomo Fall/Winter 1991/92). The 56 pages catalog is filled with stunning photographs in the desert featuring Turlington, Campbell, Patitz, Crawford, Cameron, Albert Delegue and another boy.
Hello :) I was commenting in terms of catalogs and male models appearances. The one you added, as I remember, only had Naomi and Helena and was not included in any of Versace catalogs, correct? I checked my archive and catalogs and the info I got is that the main collection was photographed by Penn.
I presume these are from Versace SS91 session by Ritts, which I only saw them published in french Photo 1991): http://images.celebscentral.net/images/celebrities/helenachristensen/helenachristensen_10.jpg http://www.angelfire.com/super/naomicampbell/images/014a_jpg.jpg
But I might as well be wrong ... it was so long ago ... :)
Naomi looks great in that D'Orazio shot, a photographer I totally dislike lol. How could I mistake the Mugler's metallic piece? lol
Concerning the links you provided, the versace1.jpg picture shows two pages from 'Men Without Ties' book, some of the pictures are by Weber, others I'm not sure who shot them. The versace2.jpg picture shows, in my opinion, two pages from a magazine spread, as Versace catalogs never had captions on it, but they could well been done by Ritts ...

Irving Penn did the ad campaign for women with Christy Turlington.
about the pictures posted, in the one with Helena she's wearing a Thierry Mugler outfit.
The picture of Naomi was photographed by Sante D'orazio.
