I've seen his name only once in my life, and I don't recall on what magazine it came up, I do know that it started and looked like: Mike de Reave (perhaps: de Raeve or de Reeve, but it woulnd't make much sense, the last one Reeve is Germanic-English, de- tipically is Dutch). I was also actually looking for it, under any combination of search, didn't turn up nothing, thanks for your time...

yes, Joe has amazing eyes. thanks for Mike de Reave, I so wanted to know his name. :) but there's nothing online :-o is that the right spelling?
