This print campaign is from a 1993 magazine, of course it could be originally released years before.
here the 1988 commercial, looks like the same guy of the print campaign and it's not Jeff Aquilon.

This is also Joe Gogol.
Look at the other Davidoff ad you have with him. View the chin! Since he's lying on both pictures you'll notice especially with his chin and nose form it's the same man.
That is not Joe Gogol. Joe is a personal friend of mine. He was the Davidoff Cool Water model in 1996.
Like Anonymous, I have to say that is not Joe Gogol =/
