I think the second card is Eric Hottenroth.
not sure? I'm not very familiar with his face, I have some pics of him from a 1984 Gianfranco Ferre Spring/Summer Campaign photographed by Herb Ritts and it doesn't look the same guy. I have seen him very active in facebook, maybe I will ask him :p
