It's interesting to see Bruce Hulse and Rodney Rowland in the same editorial in 1989, Bruce wrote in his book that both felt deeply in love with the same woman around 1987/1988 - the beautiful Supermodel Tatjana Patitz - but she was more interested in the male model and singer Nick Camen.
I guess there was no hard feelings 'cause Bruce and Rodney are actually facebook friends.

But Rodney did manage to win her over at one point. They appeared in Moda (May 1989), King (June 1990) and Interview (June 1988) together. And according to Interview, they were living together at the time.

And I don't think they're photographed together, but both Tatjana and Rodney appear in Paul Jasmin's book "Hollywood Cowboy."
Also? Squee! More Rodney I'd not seen before.
Hi Linda, first of all WOW! I had never seen that MODA cover before so thanks!, it's a reprint of a picture published in the 1988 INTERVIEW editorial, they look fabulous together!

the pics of King Magazine are very beautiful too, the combination of their feline eyes is explosive.
I think Rod and Tatjana broke up around mid 88 'cause that's what Bruce Hulse wrote in his book so I suspect those KING pics are not from that year (1990), maybe reprinted from an earlier magazine. :-/
Bruce wrote that in 1988 Rodney also did casting for the Levis commercial that he did with Tatjana, that's when he felt in love with her.
Hi Johec! That's not a US edition of Interview is it? Because I could swear the edition I have with those pictures has Willem Dafoe on the cover.
I'm going to have to get that Bruce Hulse book now.
And I remember that commercial. Probably more for the awesome soundtrack than the jeans or models though.
Linda, I just had those small pics saved in my pc, not the real magazine but you're right, Willem Dafoe is on the cover and Interview Magazine is only published in US so I think that was a page from inside, could it be that you bought the magazine without that page? :-"
I don't remember any missing pages, but I'll go back and look again. :\
