Looks like that model is Tony Stephano (how's that for an Italian name?)! I knew I had seen him at one time in Peter Marlowe's archives so took my time and went through the files again, starting with 1982 and eventually found him in 1983. He's listed as a model from 1983 to 1985, and as an actor in "The Reincarnation of Peter Proud" (1975) and "Tron" (1982).
