yea, they look alike, I have even seen pictures of Ty credited as Hoyt, I still think it's Ty, Hoyt's face expression is different, the form is more squared.
but of course I could be wrong.

Hello! I can't open TY picture link ... Anyway, I looked at a special issue of Mondo Uomo totally dedicated to Hoyt featuring special editorials by Weber, Gorman, etc (Nov/Dec 1992) and noted that Hoyt has a small sign on his face (right side) which can be seen at the last photo of your post. I have no doubts it's actually Hoyt Richards.
